Our mission at Global PEF is to empower youths, women, and children to fulfill their God-given talents or gifts. In pursuit of our goals, we organized a 5-day Adire Making training at our Global PEF office in Lagos, Nigeria.
The 5 days training started on Monday 7th of February 2022 and featured participants learning different adire making styles and designs, it was hands-on training with practical and students exhibiting their own adire design they made. This training was led by Tutor Funke Adenike and we had a total of 36 registrations and 22 participants in attendance.
On the last day of the training Friday 11th. We had a minimum seminar on application of the skills for profit. We had a certificate presentation to the participants and a send forth party to celebrate everyone.
